Nobody puts KWUSk in the corner

Ok, we put ourselves in the corner. Impromptu Starbucks meetup with a fellow KW Urban Sketcher. It was a pretty busy place, so we readily accepted the challenge of sketching from our little table wedged in the corner. Sharpie pen, watercolour pencil.

47th WorldWide SketchCrawl with KWUSk

Great weather for a SketchCrawl last Saturday with KW Urban Sketchers in downtown Kitchener. No gloves needed! I don't want to get anyone all crazy, but I think it might finally be spring.

Tools: Pigma Micron pen, watercolour
Snacks: Turkey BLT panini and London Fog from Williams Cafe.

Want to learn more about urban sketching or just get get some more practice in? I'm teaching an urban sketching workshop at Homer Watson House & Gallery. Come sketch with us! Register online or call the gallery at 519.748.4377.

Wellington County Museum with KWUSk

It was really sunny last weekend but still needed the warm gloves on for sketching at the Wellington County Museum and Archives with KW Urban Sketchers. Micron pen, trusty Sakura gel pen, watercolours.

I'm pretty excited to be teaching an urban sketching workshop at Homer Watson Gallery. There are still spots left. All skill levels welcome. Come sketch with us! http://www.homerwatson.on.ca/adult-spring-programs-2015/
